Business correspondence

The students need be at least on the second level (B2). After finishing the course you will be able to lead effective business correspondence. The course is practical and you will learn to write business letters, short reports and presentations, organize business meetings, lead communication, negotiate with customers and suppliers, and write documents. Along with this improvement of your communication skills, you will exercise all necessary grammar topics.


Telephone communication

For employees who regularly communicate in Spanish by phone or Internet. You will gain skills to obtain and provide information, to make effectively appointments, meetings, reservations, conference calls and claims. The course teaches student to interact in Spanish corporate business manner and thus helps avoiding misunderstandings in business communication.
